Xuan-Thu is an orofacial myofunctional therapist, registered dental hygienist, and a clinical dental hygiene instructor at Sacramento City College. She is the owner and president of Breathe Wellness Boutique and Comprehensive Dental Hygiene Services. She is enthusiastic with a vision to cure oral diseases and orofacial myofunctional dysfunctions. She provides the highest level of comprehensive care and education for clients, colleagues and students. She collaborates with multi-disciplinary medical and dental professionals to fully integrate total health and wellness for her clients.
Xuan-Thu is an orofacial myofunctional therapist, registered dental hygienist, instructor, inspirational speaker, and hypnotherapy health coach. She is the owner and president of Breathe Wellness Boutique and Comprehensive Dental Hygiene Services. She has a very curious mind with a vision to find the root causes of disease that manifest in the human body. The application of her life experiences coupled with continual evidence-based knowledge allows her to provide the highest level of comprehensive care for clients. She collaborates with multi-disciplinary medical and dental professionals to fully integrate total health and wellness for her clients.
As an OMT, her main focuses are sleep disorder breath dysfunctions that begin with snoring up to the range of sleep apnea. Xuan-Thu assesses the breath, posture, lip seal, and swallow functions. She dives deep into her clients habits to helps achieve good nasal breathing, sleeping, and facial muscle tone and habits. Her customized therapies and techniques allow her clients to live their lives healthier with less chronic pain and fatigue.

As an RDH, Xuan-Thu specializes in therapies that include periodontal laser to minimize inflammatory markers that contribute to systemic diseases such as diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, and Alzheimer’s. She has an innate ability to listen to her clients and place them at ease. In turn, start a sincere conversation about their health and wellness journey.
As an educator/instructor, Xuan-Thu engages her students as fellow colleagues. She meets her students where they are at and invites curiosity to manifest. She delights when her students ask her questions. From there, knowledge has the ability to be reciprocal; where the student learns from her and Xuan-Thu learns from the student.
As an inspirational speaker, Xuan-Thu’s main focus of interests are orofacial myology, breath and the link to systemic diseases, polyvagal theory and adverse childhood events (ACEs), abundance blocks, and so much more. She is authentic, positive, and captivates her audiences with grace, humor, and evidence based research.
As a hypnotherapy health coach, Xuan-Thu enables clients through their own wellness journey. She supports her clients into conscious awareness to break patterns and the chronic pain cycles. Her specialty addresses fascia bond traumas from emotions, stress, systemic diseases and oral diseases, and abundance blocks.
Her proactive approaches in all these disciplines transforms lives positively. She is energetic about the ways she heals because it comes from her heart. As much as she makes a difference in her client’s lives, they make a difference in her life.
You will see Xuan-Thu on a river fly fishing, the slopes skiing, hiking a mountain trail with her dog, cycling, world traveling, wine tasting, making real authentic connections with everyone she meets, and living her life to the fullest. Her moto is to make each moment count positively.
